My 3 sensible ones are

Kevin Nolan
Peter Crouch
Joe Ledley

Far out

Eidur Gudjohnson.

Would keep us up and not break the bank.
Crouch isn't a regular and needs regular football to get to world cup. Nolan is quality and gets goals from midfield. Ledley would make the step up in the same way Johnson and Dann have in my opinion.

Gudjohnson would be ideal for us and could play in the 4-4-2 or 4-5-1.

Ridgewell, Murphy and Franck are good enough for left back til end of season.
Carr n Parnaby same for RB.

Only other thing I'd add is some pace down the sides. Brunt of the albion maybe.

If he were to leave which i really doubt someone like Villa or Everton would be at the head of the que.

We wouldnt stand a chance.

As i keep saying and Tatts has eluded to - we will be going after lesser known players from the continent that AM has done his homework on.

It will be a few years till we can attract players of Crouch's standard.

We need to keep our feet on the ground.

Jenko and McGeady are both really good shouts.

Theres no smoke without fire!!

How about Benni Mcarthy for six months as well

Now we could attract him.

Let KP and MB go.

Good call. Would prefer McCarthy to crouch too!

Imagine McCarthy and Chucho runnin at the opposition then after 70 min sending Jerome on!!!

IMO Janko and McGeady are highly likely and won't break the bank (as someone else says no smoke without fire). Reckon Michel and/or Emana or similar to come in in midfield and a LB probably Bale, but would prefer Canella (fantastic game the other night in La Liga).

Dzagoev would be very hard to get from a Champions League team. Plus with massive potential he's going to cost a lot.

McGeady-£8m
V. Nistelrooy-£2m
Janko

Riquelme- not too far out a chance he's playing in Argentina, would only cost about £6m due to age etc. and has always said he wants to play in EPL before retiring!!!

all top players would definately keep us up given their quality. Just imagine...

A midfield of Larsson, Riquelme, Fergie, McGeady

Then a forward line of V. Nistelrooy and Chucho with Janko and Jerome and maybe phillips to bring on!!!
